Marketing and advertising

The majority of buyers will research properties on the internet first and we have invested heavily to ensure that we have a strong internet presence. We advertise on Zoopla which is one of the largest and best known property portals in the country. Our own CB Estates website is a modern, mobile and tablet friendly platform which ranks well in google searches. We have a sophisticated property management system which matches and mails out property details to registered buyers. We use high end photography and colour floorplans to ensure that your property is shown at its best. We will also erect a highly visible FOR SALE board.

Property marketing is constantly changing and we aim to stay at the forefront of this by using the most up to date techniques such as virtual tours and video viewings.

Social media advertising

Social media is a very effective means of promoting property and it can be targeted to a specific audience. Facebook and twitter are used by the vast majority of buyers and we are very proactive in promoting our properties via our facebook, twitter and Instagram channels.

Accompanied viewings

We will accompany all viewings and will always provide feedback to you from every viewing. We offer out of hours and weekend viewings to ensure that you do not miss out on any motivated buyers.

Sales Progression

This part of the process is one of the most important yet it is often ignored by many Estate Agents. We understand how important communication is and we will work hard to ensure that an initial offer from a buyer goes through to a final completed sale. Our staff will be on hand to provide updates and to assist on any matters that may arise during the sale as it moves to completion. Your Sales Manager will ensure that you are kept fully updated. They will liase with solicitors, estate agents, surveyors and mortgage companies on your behalf to ensure that your sale progresses smoothly and quickly.
