We will collect the rent from your tenant each month and transfer it to your nominated bank account. We will also chase outstanding rent and try and resolve any rent payment issues.

We will advertise your property and secure a quality tenant. We will ensure that the property and tenancy is legally compliant with all applicable legislation at the time the tenant moves in. The landlord will then become responsible for the ongoing management of the property.

Full Management

We will advertise your property and secure a quality tenant. We will ensure that the property and tenancy is legally compliant with all applicable legislation at the time the tenant moves in. We will then take care of every aspect of the letting of your property and its ongoing management.

Guaranteed Rent

We will also guarantee the rent whilst the tenant is in the property. We guarantee to pay the full market rent in the event that the tenant damages the property or does not pay the rent for whatever reason. If you choose this option we will provide this guarantee for as long as we manage your property.
